But I still love Meteo L-drago and L-drago Destroy (like, a lot), but Lighting L-drago is the WORST Beyblade. He can barely survive in any of my stadiums, but the only thing I like about him is that he can change modes.
On the other hand, Earth wolf is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even though he's short, he has the WD (Wide Defense) and the Earth wheel! But L-drago has won against Wolf (just thrice, though). This isn't to say its a bad thing, just don't be shocked. This is a great set to start with as you get two "good" ones at a decent price. Our 8 year old loves them and although I don't get the appeal, it is nice to find them on Amazon at a better price and the harder to find sets, since you need two or else you're just watching a spinning top. I rapidly got tired of he and his friends beating me by giving me the worst Beys, and took advantage of my adult buying power to by this package.

Much to my surprise, BOTH Beys in this pack are excellent, and as I learned more about Beyblades, I discovered that every single part in this package is 'competitive', in the sense of being useful for tournament play. Most other packs have one or two competitive parts, and the rest are 'useless'.

The Lightning L Drago is competitive as-is, though the hard-core will swap out the HF performance tip for an RF rubber tip. The Earth Wolf is labeled as a Balance type, and beats most other stock Beys as is. Swap the wide WD tip for a narrow CS center spike tip, and it's a legitimate Stamina piece, or you can part it out, and use the Earth metal wheel and WF tip in all kinds of combos. The 105 height track is generally useful, and the Wolf clear wheel isn't especially more or less useful than most other clear wheels.

In any case, I don't know of ANY other stock Beys that are as useful and likely to win out-of-the-box as these. Highly recommended.
